Mommy’s Place Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM MST will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, store promotions, adverse weather conditions), processing may take up to 3 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer standard shipping option at checkout.

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on destination, and delivery speed.

  • Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard: 3–5 business days Canada wide, 5 - 8 business days to the United States

  • Express: 1–2 days within Calgary

3. Local Pickup

  • Delivery is free within Canada for purchase above $60

  • You’ll receive a pickup notification once your order is ready.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

5. International Shipping

  • We currently ship within Canada and the United States only.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Mommy’s Place is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
